Is there a trick to updating the HearSuite? The update service (PhilipsHearSuiteUpdaterService) is running, but HearSuite is version 2019.1, not 2023.2

Anyone know what could be causing this?

The 2019.1 only lists HearLink 9010 instruments, not the 9040 I have.

(It’s also not detecting them)

Tenkan, could you send me the link to HearSuite download. Just ordered Noahlink device. Read about programming the 9040’s and watched videos. Seems doable!
