Left side Naida paradise does not hold connection to NoahLINK

My Mum’s Phonak Naida Paradise P-90-UP HAs work fine but the left side Naida paradise does not hold connection to NoahLINK. As soon as it connects it disconnects and shows a message that the connection have expired on the Target software. My audiologist had to connect them using a wired connection to be able to adjust them. I was planning on buying a NoahLINK and try to programme them for her as she is still getting used to them. They connect fine to the iPhone bluetooth and MyPhonak App.

Have anyone came across such connectivity issue\ before? is it a HA issue or rather a NoahLINK issue?

Once, I had a similar experience; I put in a new battery, and the same. In the end, I forgot to turn off the Bluetooth on my phone. After that, all fixes. In your case, trying everything could be hardware, any warranty.

I know you might do it already, but can you turn off the phone and try again?

Yes I’d try as @Adrian has mentioned you cannot have the HAs connected to any other Bluetooth device at the same time as trying to connect to the Noahlink wireless.
