My left oticon intent 1 device is turning off by itself. I move a little in the ear it starts to give, after a few seconds it turns off by itself. Does anyone have any idea what it will be?
You need to take it back to your audiologist, and more than likely have it replaced.

My right one turned itself off once (had them now for about 6 weeks). Forgetting how to make it turn off manually, I put it on the charger for a few minutes. It restarted just fine and the issue has not reoccurred.
Might need a firmware re-flash. If your dispenser plugs it into Genie, it will show whether there’s an update to put on.
One other thing, I’ve noticed we had this with a couple of clients: pinch the wire and push the receiver plug firmly towards the socket of the aid. If they aren’t fully latched, they set-up and program fine and everything is great until they jiggle forward a fraction and break contact with the aid.
