So it should be increased gain even over these green, pink, azure “crosses”?
I don’t use a Verifit (and that display looks like it was written from a C++ toolbox), but by my read, it looks like none of the outputs is hitting the correct dynamic range (ie above threshold and below ULL) above 2 KHz.
The proportionality is roughly correct below 2KHz, but at higher frequencies it’s fallen below the threshold (converted to SPL), so the sound isn’t audible. This actually looks like the probe tube is possibly buried in wax or blocked, or the aid is badly tuned.
