I just received a pair of Phonak M90-13T from eBay. They are now my primary aids because of the larger batteries and the t-coils. Actually at this point they function just like my M-50’s but I may want to tinker with the advanced capabilities in the future. Cost was $250 plus shipping. I ran them thru Target and set them up like my previous M50’s. I’m happy to report that they work great. I had a hard time getting Target to connect to them until I turned off my phone while they were connecting. Then the connection was immediate. Connection to MyPhonak was also slow until I gave up and checked the box to keep them connected all the time. So far I haven’t noticed any downside to this.

eBay is a good place for buying HAs if you also DIY.
I’ve lost my remaining hearing now but I’ve been self programming and buying HAs off eBay for over 10 years.
Always turn off Bluetooth on your phone to be on the safe side when you connect them through Target.
I used to wear Phonak HAs until 2/3 years ago when I got issued Oticon HAs for free on the UK NHS.

I also switch off my TV Connector.

Sounds like a great deal. I’ve bought a few pairs off either here or Ebay. I only buy battery versions, and have had no issues at all.
