I’m looking for a right side KS10 hearing aid as mine won’t charge anymore

Are you able to send it back to your local Costco to have the battery replaced by Phonak.
I’ll ask I have appointment for next Tuesday for a hearing test for my wife and to look at what other manufacturers they are now using. Do you know which are the best ?
Cheers Kieron
Yes, that the one that works “best” for you, so you’ll need to trial these and find the one that works for you, the Jabra AI models have just been released by Costco, this is the latest from ReSound, the Vivia 9, get the hearing test done and go from there.
Don’t worry about the right side. You can swap receivers and left becomes right, but you need to reprogram the aid in any case. You may even need a different power receiver than the one in the aid you find.
Have you tried swapping holes in the charger to make sure it isn’t the connections in the hole? You can put the left in the right hole and vice versa. This will help you determine the failure belongs to the aid or the charger.
But the advice to see if you can get it repaired is your best answer.

I had same problem with right side aid 2 months ago, Costco sent it for repair £120. They replaced the whole of the innards. You also get new domes and receivers and a warranty. Well worth the outlay.
I like the idea of £120 to repair it as even if you only get the year out of it
