KS 10 Bluetooth connections

Lately it has been problematic to get them to connect. In the car sometimes sound jumps from the radio to my HA’s and then will go back. The worst is the TV connector. They connect and drop several times each evening. The app helps , but same issue there. Any ideas for a fix?

This was always the case for me from day one. I often have to turn off the hearing aids and then back on for it to get onto a connection. I always assumed it was due to them only supporting two connections at once and my phone was always one so if unbeknownst to me it automatically connected to something else (my computer) and then I tried to add a third item (my tablet) it just couldn’t do it. So a reboot was needed to clear the connections. At least that’s what I assumed.

Right now, however, bluetooth audio quaility is getting bad, noisy with squelches and the like only in the right ear. I think it might be failing. Still in warranty though so I’ll make a claim if it keeps up.

I ordered a new optical cable. The past 2 nights I have placed the HA’s next to the connector for a solid pairing. No drops both nights. And I shut Bluetooth off on my IPad so it is only the phone and the connector. Also, the Easy Line App helps
