I have used the Apple Easy Line app with my. Costco KS10 hearing aids. It had its ups and downs, but last week I noticed more problems and downloaded Easy Line app and found an entirely new app. This app only connects to my right ha and completely ignores my left. When I use it on my iPad to stream programs, the sound does not come through my right ha, but only my left side. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there some way to get both my hearing aids paired?
Within a short time I heard from Phonak which gave me the solution.
It told me to go to the app and press forget my devices. Turn the hearing aids and turn them back on and proceed the app instructions and pair the two hearing aids to work.
