Can anyone tell me where I can purchase/download a Costco Kirkland Signature 4.0 Users Manual for both the aids and the remote? Thanks.

You might try going into a Costco and asking the fitter if they have an old one or can get one for you. Costco doesn’t put a lot of information out on their HA’s for you to download. Someone on the forum might also be able to scan their manual in and send it to you. Good luck!

Problem is that wthomson needs the Kirkland 4.0 manual, not the KS5 manual.
