Hit the “Apple” in the menu bar and then click, “About this Mac”. A pop up will appear showing the computer chip, serial number, memory, etc.

I think your problem is you want to connect both your iPad and iPhone at the same time I gather this via your comment. If that’s the case the answer is no to connecting both at the same time and this way you have the problems with connections. When it’s connected to one of them until you turn off the blue on the device you don’t want it won’t connect to the other. forcing the relink it will connect until you reconnect to the device in range. You have to turn off the Bluetooth on one of them so they don’t fight each other
