So what is the fitting range, can rhey work for someone with an uncommon severe to profound hearing loss? I think not. They look like just a cheap set of ear buds. Sure maybe they can be adjusted for mild to moderate hearing loss. That a basic equalizer can adjust for.
As an OTC it is intended for mild to mod, so definitely not usable for severe or profound.
