I agree. I ordered a new TOS-LINK cable from Amazon yesterday. It should be here today. I will report back. It has to be something like that because all other indications look good, thanks to your guidance

UPDATE/RESOLUTION: It was the TOS-LINK cable. Put the new one from Amazon in, both lights lit, pushed the PLAY icon on the app and there was the sound. Nothing else needed.
So, sorry for the wild goose chase, but honestly, thanks to all for the help. You all, especially Jinxed, were a great help and I appreciate that. Especially as a ‘new guy’ on the forum.
Now on to getting these Jabra 30’s to work better. So far they amplify everything except voices.

Thats great news. Glad you figured it out.
Audi should be able to adjust to equalize sounds. There are many options for that in the programming software (SmartFit). The Environmental Optimizer II settings in SmartFit have the option to reduce loud background sounds while increasing soft sounds you want to hear. It usually takes several adjustments to get them fine tuned the way you like them. And also it takes a while for your brain to getnused to all these new sounds that havent been heard in a long time. Thanks. I am going back next Friday. Hopefully they can do something. My hearing is similar to your audiogram (I will post mine when I get it). My left ear is shot, my right ear does all the work, but it’s almost in the profound area as well. Sucks getting old. I was thinking about getting one of those new Phonak’s with the AI, but figured I’d give the 30’s a shot first.
