I have a pair of Jabra Pro 20’s I bought from Costco on 4/4/24. I just switched to the Pro 30’s so no longer need these (I have other spares). They have a 36 month warranty.
Both have recently been replaced, the right unit was replaced just a couple months ago. So they are the latest versions of the 20’s.
I paid $1,649 from Costco. Would like to get $600 for them. I will get a receiver for the right HA. It had my custom mold on it and we moved it to the new 30’s.
I’m in San Diego. These are great aids.
UPDATE: Had an appointment today for feedback adjustment from my Costco audi and I asked him about what GrayGhost wrote below.
What he said is that I can “transfer” the HA’s into another person’s name. That person will get free fitting/Programming by Costco and the aids are in their name. It DOES wipe out the warranty given to the original owner. So not sure if it’s better to pay another Audi for fitting and keep the warranty under my name (I would assist if one ever went bad) or have them transferred into your name and get free fitting from Costco. He also said they would service the HA’s just as they do now (Cleaning, wax and dome spare parts). I also have a new receiver on the right HA.
