Have only had the devices for 7 days and lost one while making several stops in 4 hr period within 10 miles. There is no FIND MY option per their Customer Support?? They will send replacement set for $195 but that will void the 100-day trial period so I will be stuck with them for a long time?? They must know that is a problem and have thus roadblocked my returning them?
Given the small size and high cost, a built in tracking option is essential?? I just “assumed”…
I lost my first hearing aid (from Costco) on a hike in the first week of ownership. There was no finding it, since it could have been anywhere within miles on the forest floor among the leaves and twigs. There was no hearing aid app at the time (this was quite a few years ago). I think the hearing aid got lost in the confusion of my hat string and hydration bladder hose getting tangled up. I had never tried a hydration bladder, but I thought that I would try one out. I hated it.
Fortunately at that time Costco had a free one-time replacement policy.
