I need a bit of help understanding how to do this.
I thought my fitter told me that I could turn off the HA, wait a few seconds, turn them on again, to connect to the application.
Doesn’t seem to be working for me, but perhaps I’m doing it wrong. I turn off 1 HA by holding the button down for a few seconds, usually my right. Does this turn off both HA’s?
My app says I’ve already paired the HA’s to my phone, but the app tells me to reconnect. Shouldn’t they stay connected to the app after overnight storage in the case?

Turning jabra’s off by holding the button for 5 sec. then the led will blink three times … then hold button down for 5 sec. and the light will blink one time to turn them on .
They will remain in the paring mode for about 2 min, they usually repair to the phone automatically.
Thanks GrayGhost, but same question. Does turning 1 off, turn off both, that is, do I have to turn off 1, then the other first? Do the HA’s have a master/slave order?
you have to turn both off and back on to pare both . They do not operate as slave and master.
Turn both off and then turn them back on .
My experience with EP 10s was that they could be set up so that turning one on or off did the same to the other, so my reco is to check with the fitter or just experiment - turn one off, then check the status of the other.
If you’re on Android, is your phone listed on the Jabra compatibility list? If not, all bets are off. If it is listed, well … the app does not get the investment it should get.
