Just got fitted at Costco and they only activated the "all around " category. How do I get the other categories like “music” “outdoor” etc?

Talk to your Costco person. They typically like to start people off with all around to keep things simple. Then they can try to fix any trouble spots you have. Ideally the aids should just work and not require frequent fussing.

Jeff, I got my Jabra Enhance Pro 20 HAs just a few days ago. I agree that your Costco HCP probabkly installed only the all-around to help you get used to your HAs before activating thre other modes at your 2 -week follow-up appointment, at which he will address any issues you have encountered by then. That is what my HCP suggested to me, but me being a retired engineer, I wanted the other modes installed immediately, since I had done exteensive research on the Jabra Enhance Pro 10 and Pro 20 HAs already, and wanted to experiment.

Did you get the M&RIE (3rd microphone in each ear canal) option or not?

Ah, then I can offer some advice. On MY Jabra Pro 20 with M&RIE, I have posted elsewhere her on the forum (My first 6 hours with my new Jabra Pro 20 . . .) about a “buzzing” that I initially had in only the left ear, when the dome rotated slightly in the ear canal enough to enable leakage which produced buzzing in that ear caused by the 3rd microphone. This only happened during and after I MOVED my head or opend and closed my jaw.

The problem of course was that the initial dome size installed for me was ok for the right ear canal, but a little too small for the left canal to stay in place. My Costco HCG changed me over (in just a few minutes) to slightly larger domes that also have a “dual cone” shape. He mad the change to BOTH ears in order to not create any inequality, This cured the issue. He did it after I simply called in to describe the issue, and was offered an appointment the next day to address and cure it.

I believe the M&RIE 3rd microphone feature is worth having, despite having to correct this minor issue.
