Jabra Enhance Pro 20 Bluetooth needs constant re-pairing connection to hearing aids [Android]

Like you, I am also unsure about where the problem lies - perhaps a combination of all those factors? If it makes you feel any better (which it probably wont) it is also super frustrating for clinicians as bluetooth issues are pretty constant and frustrating when the aids and phone cannot maintain a consistent connection - a lot of appointments / dropins to our clinic are bluetooth related, and we have little control over this reliability :pensive:

I was able to exchange my Jabras for the new Rexton Reaches just before my 180 days return period ended. I’m so glad I did! I had nothing but trouble with Bluetooth and now virtually none at all with the Reaches. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 phone.

I am glad the Rextons are working better. It seems that there have been some manufacturing issues lately. My partner and I got ours earlier and have not had these issues with our Jabras. They have been working great especially since One UI 6.1 on our Galaxy S24U and S23U phones. We both love ours. It is confusing hearing other’s issues. I wish you and others great hearing with your Rexton and Phillips replacements. I hope GN gets their act together.
