Hello. I’m a new user of Jabra hearing aids in only my left ear. It would be great if I could get a hand on figure out how to control the device from my watch. I have the enhance app on my phone and watch. Unless the app is open on my phone and the phone is unlocked I cannot use the watch to control the device. Any help would be appreciated.
I have the Jabra Enhance Pro 10 with iPhone 11 and Apple Watch Series 6. For me, the app does have to be opened on the iPhone to use it on the apple watch, but the iPhone does not have to stay unlocked. It does have to stay in range.
