Bought Jabra Enhance 20 at Costco. Also Jabra TV streamer from Costco .com. HA easy to pair, but will not stay paired. Once placed in charger, they need to be re-paired. Except sporadically they will operate as they should. These are my second GN aids, the five year old Re Sound aids never had this problem. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, were you able to fix the problem?

Yeah I’ve never had this issue either, something isn’t right, so if you open the App and change to the TV streamer does it connect, also have you got the button on your HAs configured to start the streaming, checked the cables to make sure your connection is sound, and what audio cable are you using, toslink RCA.

Opening the app and selecting the TV streamer is hit or miss. That’s the issue. Cables are connected properly, pairing procedure done as specified. The inconsistency of the connection is the problem.
I just got my Jabra hearing aids yesterday. I was having an issue getting my resound TV streamer 2 to connect. I finally got them to connect to the hearing aids then the app. They have been working flawlessly since I got them to connect. This is on an iPhone. Maybe delete the app and reinstall it and restart your phone. If you’re using an iPhone look in accessibility Hearing and make sure that the streamer is showing up under your programs.
