I have the new Jabra’s and use the TV streamer 2. I have a house in the city and an apartment near the beach. I have always used the streamer at the house. Now i got one for the apartment and have to re-pair the streamer when i go to the other location. Has anyone had success staying paired to 2 TV Streamers ? It only takes a minute to re-pair them so not a big deal but i was hoping i could just stay paired to both streamers all the time. Tnx
I don’t have my ReSound aids paired to TV Streamer 2 in two locations, but I do have them paired to two different TVs in my home. And the way I do it is to create a second paired program that I access in the Smart 3D app. (In other words, I don’t try to use Program #1 for two different streamers; if you do it that way, you have to re-pair the aids to the right streamer each time you change locations.) You can have up to 3 different paired devices including TV streamers and microphones in the Smart 3D app, and it shouldn’t matter that they’re in different locations.
The way to handle this is in pairing each TV Streamer 2 to the aids. Set TV Streamer 2 in one home to Program #1 by pressing the pairing button on the device only once. Set TV Streamer 2 in the other home to Program #2 by pressing the pairing button twice quickly. (If you were pairing a third device, you’d press the pairing button three times quickly.) After that you follow the normal procedure of powering up the aids next to the streaming device with the blinking light indicating it’s ready to pair. The app then chooses the correct program to set that device to. You see them in the app displayed as separate TV streamers next to the programs set by the audiologist. You just have to remember which one is which and choose that one in the app at the right location.

Yeah as mentioned you can have 3, very handy for situations like this, I use extra couple for my hi-fi system and PC.

I have a TV Streamer+ paired to the family room TV and the TV Streamer II paired to another TV. No issues with my Jabra 20s. Activate with one long push on either rear rocker for the first or two long for the second. Or open the App, (which is slower).
I’ve swapped them between TVs without loosing connectivity as well, IIRC.

This is what i was missing. I was only pressing the 2nd streamers pairing button once, so it would replace the connection instead of establishing a new one. Thanks again
