Is there a fix?

I have trouble hearing. Autosense.

Phonak Audeo Paradise P90Rs

Leaving the hearing aids in auto sense

Since I changed from my dispensing Audi to a new fellow who has done much better. He has done a world of good.

About two months ago he did REM. first time.
I can leave the aids in auto. But I need to up the volume two notches.

So when I’m having trouble understanding I check what program Auto has me in. It might be Speech in Noise.
After a bit I realize I’m not hearing well.

I check. Auto. Calm. But volume is flat. I’m no longer at +2.

Why is that?

Why doesn’t it return to the setting I had?+2?

These are things you need to tell your new fitter.
It sounds like he is doing a great job. By talking to him he can do an even better job.
Good luck

Why should you want to up two notches. Seems uncomfortable to me.
As Raudrive proposes let your Audi put the volume up so it stays there. It’s an easy settings programming future. And available for every program you want to have it.

I was hoping there’s a simple fix using myPhonak myself.

3rd set of Phonaks. 20 years of coverage with workman’s compensation.

I wonder if another brand would be better

But in normal use I’m glad the settings return to the in Target programmed settings. So the user can do some stuff by himself.

You could try to make changes when you are in automatic and go in a place where the automatic sets in (silent place or noise etc.) Then open myPhonak, go to change programm and there go to volume louder or softer. Change the settings over there and “save as” in. There you have is to make a programm by yourself.

Is that what you’re searching for?

I wish the changes I make in myPhonak would stay.
“Calm in autosense is too quiet. Two clicks on the hearing aid I hear better.

I needed to find a new care giver. The wonderful one I chose is a long way away. Getting there is costly.

I’m grateful i have my hearing aids.

I think myPhonak really needs to be upgraded. It’s overdue
