Is Resound Preza PZ861-DRWC Compatible with the Resound Multi MIC?

I got a multi Mic off of ebay, so it could just be damaged.

I can sync it to my hearing aids, and I get audio but the buttons don’t seem to operate. I can not use the multi mic to turn volume up or down, can not mute, can not change listening modes, and can not turn the multi mic off (holding down power for 1.5 secs)

Perhaps the functions don’t operate because its not fully compatible? Would still think the power button would operate. The power button will turn the unit on, and the sync button operates as well.

Thoughts?

Did you follow the instructions as per this video, hopefully it’ll work for you, it’d be a bummer otherwise.

Yes,
I was able to pair the device, it just does not seem to be working correctly.
I think it likely is just damaged.

ebay is generally pro-buyer, so you might be able to get a refund.
