IPhone & new Phonak App

Hi, I have Phonak, older model Marvel. They were stored and for personal reasons just started using them again with IPhone. After upgrading to the new app it constantly disconnects when a call is received, my other streaming apps (i.e. car play) don’t work properly, the auto-connect feature doesn’t always, the live stream no longer works, and the double click function for volume control doesn’t work either. The set up according to Phonak tech is correct. Its as though the new app doesn’t interface with the IPhone on the same level as prior. Also going into the Phonak app when it disconnects due to a phone call to redo all the unique setting for the particular restaurant seat I’m in (or similar setting) is bringing me to tears. Am I alone?

Sorry @FLGirl1 to see you don’t have a reaction untill now… but I’m sure someone here will be able to help you. There are many iphone users here.
I’m an Android fan so I can’t give you the exact right directions to solve it. But you can solve this for sure.

Searching on the phone for BT connection or hearing aids.
Go to settings of the BT connection you made with your HA’s. And there you’ll find many options, something like alerts or notifications for different programs.
If you find the right location on your phone it want be very difficult to set it up. Success
