Does anyone have any experience using injoyhearing.com for purchasing Phonak i90 Spheres? Or any other hearing aids?
They are selling them for a reasonable price and will tune them according to the audiogram prior to mailing them out.
Any customer feedback, dos/donts about using an online service is appreciated
I’d like to know that also. I typed in the question “Is Injoy legit?” and here is what I got.
Injoy Hearing Co. is legit and safe to use1. They are accredited by the BBB2. Customers appreciate their strong community presence and 24/7 support3. They sell hearing aids, including Phonak i90 Spheres, and tune them according to the audiogram before mailing them out5
However, I’m wondering (since they don’t say), how they do the audiogram, and if its a “self-tuning mobil app” , or one where you have to have headphones to take the test, and how reliable it is.
