I apologize if this isn’t the right place to ask this. Really enjoying my Infinio Spheres. Yes, the Bluetooth is glitchy. But tonight all of a sudden, the sound from my phone is gone. TV connector is on (in the same room). Usually the audio of the phone will override the TV. But now it seems the TV Connector has to be turned off in order to stream on my phone. I’ve had these for 5 weeks and this the first time that’s been an issue. Anyone have thoughts on this? Thanks!
The first thing I would try is to turn all three off and restart them.
You probably left the Bluetooth on for a third device somewhere in your house. That device has grabbed the 2nd connection and now the iPhone won’t override the TV. With two Bluetooth connections active, a third device is blocked. Always turn off Bluetooth when not streaming on a device. Just leave your phone active at all times.

I thought the TV connector did not count as a Bluetooth device.
The phone should be priority. When the call is completed then TV connector streaming should restart.
A phone setting??
Right. It uses a different program and protocol.

Well this shouldn’t happen, although I’ve experienced issues with the TV Connector interfering with Bluetooth, and also with using Target and Noahlink. It’s a different protocol, but does use similar frequencies
It doesn’t set up a one-to-one connection. Doesn’t use Bluetooth period. Doesn’t take a “Bluetooth connection” using up the two you can have. Must be a setting in something, but I don’t know so I didn’t try to answer the OP’s question. But I can eliminate some.

Very true, in fact it sort of works like Roger devices, that just “broadcast the sound” that any paired hearing aids can then hear. I have 6 pairs of HAs, which are all paired to 2 TV Connectors and 3 Roger devices. I can mix and match the hearing aids (eg LHS Paradise & RHS Lumity), and they’ll both simultaneously, with full stereo sound. This couldn’t happen with Bluetooth.
