I’m hoping someone here might have some insight into a specific Bluetooth streaming behavior I’m experiencing with my I90 Infinio Spheres
Here’s the scenario:
- I connect my I90 Infinio Spheres via Bluetooth to my Windows 11 PC. When I start playing a game, the hearing aids correctly switch to streaming mode, and I hear the game audio.
- However, if I then open another application like Spotify or YouTube, play a song/video for a moment, and then pause it, the Bluetooth streaming completely stops. This occurs even though the game is still running and producing audio.
- I never encountered this issue with my previous Phonak Paradise or Marvel hearing aids. Those models would maintain the primary audio stream even after pausing a secondary audio source.
- I have already disabled Hands-Free Telephony in Windows Device Manager. Unfortunately, this hasn’t resolved the problem.
Has anyone else with I90 Infinio Spheres noticed this specific behavior on Windows 11? Is there a setting I’m missing, or a known workaround for this? It’s quite disruptive during my gaming or work sessions.
Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
