I can't connect my Phonak Roger Table Mic II to the receiver

Hi,

As the topic says, I can’t connect my Phonak Roger Table Mic II to my hearing aids. It blinks red twice when I try to pair it.

Does anyone have tips on how to solve this issue?

As @Zebras says we need to know what aids you are trying to connect. Two red flashes means that the table mic is not finding hearing aids with the Roger receivers/licenses installed. If you have the Roger Table Mic ll in, did you transfer the licenses from the table mic IN to your Phonak hearing aids?

So you need the Roger Table Mic II iN to install the license into your Aid first. Then you can connect the Microphone.

Do you have the Table Mic ll lN or only the table mic ll (no iN)?
