I am looking to download the Oticon Genie 2 fitting 2024.1 software?

I’m due a review of my Real 1s with my HCP in a couple of weeks. I have the Genie 2 2023.1 software but it would be useful if anyone can point me to the 2024 version, please, so I can preview any new options or controls

You can just use the genie updater to get the latest version, look in your system tray, right click on it force an update.

Thanks. The Update option was initially greyed-out but I went back to the original installation files and found OticonUpdater. I ran that, and behold, it started to download 2024.2. Thanks :clap: :ok_hand:

Hi there, yeah it’s pretty easy software to use, but please do some research and read the user guides before jumping in, genie has a demo mode you can use to see how genie makes the changes, and if course you’ll need the correct programming device depending on what models your mom has.

Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go it’s all pretty easy enough but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, and don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any DIY projects.

Thank you! I’ve used Genie2 before for the last few years and just got new pairs of Xceeds and just can’t for the life of me figure out where I placed the software. I’ve been using Oticon since 2021 and very familiar with the software. Thank you again!

Hi I already have genie 2022 software, but would like a link to version 2024, if possible, as I would like to check out the new Oticon hardware
