I have Phonak Paradise Naida P70 UP hearing aids. One of my friend
tried to connect his Phonak Paradise-compatible Roger On to my hearing
aids. But the Roger on unable to connect. I have “Roger direct”
program but even it does not connect if I made it active. My friend
tested his Roger On with multiple hearing aids, without problems. A
strikethrough symbol on the Roger On display shows that it unable to
connect to my hearing aids.
How to activate the built-in Roger receivers in my Phonak Paradise
hearing aids With the Phonak Target program? What menu items should be
selected within the program?
My audiologist has no idea about it.
Please give me a “step by step instruction”. I will show it to my audiologist.
Won’t work if you don’t have the licenses installed into your hearing aids.
I’m really surprised your audiologist didn’t know as she can see if you do/don’t have licenses on the software.

It isn’t free. You need to get a Roger On iN as @Baltazard has described or you need to buy 2 x Roger X receivers with serial number of 1744 or later and get your audiologist to use this machine.
