Stumbled upon this handy link today that will take you directly to the profile area where you can update your username, avatar, and more:
https://forum.hearingtracker.com/my/preferences/account
Still not able to change “Username”
Try again, apparently there was a limitation saying users must change their username within 30 days of registration.
since your are making changes to the board
Something I would like to see is the OP and date of the original post like something like this, so I don’t spend 10 min reading a five year old thread before I realize it.
I know that info is following the first post … but would be nice to know before clicking on it.
It’s not working for me either.
You must have a really old account. Send me your desired username and will update it.
@JohnD2 - Do you not see the pencil next to your username in this page? Scroll down a little. Make the spaces into dots except the first one. Remove the first space. I just want the url.

@AbramBaileyAuD - There used to be a setting to give sign ups 30 days to change their minds on their chosen username.
Hi AbramBailey
Thank you for your help.
I would like my user name to be JohnD please.
Apparently there was a JohnD already, so you’re JohnD2
Hi AbramBailey.
Thanks, that will have to do then.
this would be a lot better Pardon my typo’s
I was d’Wooluf on the old forum. Possible to get that back?
And you don’t see the pencil?

No, there is no pencil.
LOL! I also see more than one bluejay flappin’ around here, which causes some confusion on rare occasions, but I simply HAFTA keep my avatar and name.
It’s cuz I’m a bluejay! And that’s exactly what I look like!
Username must only include numbers, letters, dashes, dots, and underscores
I set it so that accounts over 10 yrs old can’t change username, but I can change them if anyone needs. Sorry, system doesn’t accept apostrophes.
