Hi all
I have the Jabra 20’s with an android s20. Im about to return the aids because of connectivity issues with android. I dont have any faith Jabra will ever get their act together with android.
My gf has an iphone 13. I paried her phone fine, and streaming works fine. My question is, how do i adjust settings in the Jabra app while streaming? As soon as i open the jabra app tab, the streaming stops. Same with any videos taken with the phone. Also, why in the iphone hearing aid settings, does it have the bass and treble adjustments greyed out and unusable?
I know nothing iphone. Zero. My gf is no help.
I wanted to try using my gf’s iphone for a day to see how connectivity is and if its good, and the app works correctly, i would get a new iphone and keep the aids because i like them otherwise. But i cant even seem to get the app to adjust while streaming.
Right now i cant stream to both aids using my S20+.
Tnx
Im the OP and couldn’t sign in when i posted the above question but now my account seems to work fine.
I dont get what you are showing me. Everything is on in the iphone Accessibility/Hearing Aid settings.
My question is why cant i adjust the app settings while streaming like i could on my Android? As soon as the app tab is opened, any streaming stops. Also with my android, when streaming, the app shows “streaming”. With the iphone the app shows im in the All Around program when streaming stops. What good is the Jabra app on the iphone if adjustments can only be made in the iphone settings?
When paired to the iphone my TV Streamer and Multi Mic shows up in the app. When paired to my S20+, no TV Streamer or Muti Mic shows up and the app doesnt work at all for either.
And why are the bass and treble adjustments greyed out on the iphone settings?
These Jabra aids/app definitely are not ready for primetime. My appointment to return them is this coming Saturday so if i can figure out why nothing works as intended i would keep, but have a feeling im spinning my wheels for nothing.
Tnx
Your title was how to stream YouTube with iPhone.
Your post was a bit confusing but now I know your issue is about the App.
Hopefully someone can help.
Youtube app on iPhones is designed by Google to stop streaming when the user starts up another app on the iPhone.
In other words, YouTube will not run in the background.
This can be “fixed” by taking out a paid subscription to YouTube Premium.
I have a paid sub but didnt sign in to youtube on the iphone yet. Tnx
