Thanks for sending this - all I could find were “see your hearing professional” which I do not have. As an aside, that is not a very good design - cables break. Cheers!
Yeah it’s crazy how they say things like that, I mean do you need to see the “hearing care professional” to change the disposal battery or fit the domes
