How to change Phonak Sphere hearing aid button program order

My i90 Spheres are set up so that long-pressing either the front or the back of the rocker button on either HA causes the HAs to go to the next program. I would like the HAs to be set up so that the button on one HA makes the program sequence ascend and the button on the other HA makes the program sequence descend. Or, that pressing the front of the rocker button causes ascending and the back of the button causes descending.

My Audi says that, as far as he can tell, the way the buttons are currently set up is the only way possible. Does anyone know how to set up the buttons the way I want in Target?

Also, the program sequence is not in the order I would like. How can the existing programs be retained, but the order of the programs be changed? Thank you for any help.

Pretty sure your Audi is right. Phonak’s button setup isn’t as good as Signia. However your Audi should be able to reorder the programs in Target.

From what I can tell (I have the Phonak Target 10.0 software installed at home) you cannot change the button functions like that. I recall, that I could go up and down with the rocker through the custom programs with my old Rexton Trax HAs. But not with my Phonaks.

The ordering of the custom programs seems to be set to the order of creation in Target software, as far as I can tell. Your audiologist would have to change the order of them for you.
