How to adjust Run Click ITC

Could you tell me about fitting tool?
One day, I tried to adjust with iPhone. So, I tried to download “Mobile Fitting App” but I can’t download it.
After, I tried to use “fit2go app” but I can’t use it because I don’t have an access code.

Could you tell me how to adjust for my Signia Run Click ITC?
I would like to know what hardware and software I need to adjust it.

• Download and Install the fitting software (Connexx9.8.0-SiFit9.8.0-forSignia)
• Run Connexx and enter a dummy client Joe Blow
• Load the client
• Click the Hearing Aids Step on Top
• Select the (Click ITE) button in the left pane to limit the hearing aid selection
• Select the Family (in this case Silk Nx, but yours may be different)

Now look at the information provided such as Compatible Programmers. Depending on which Family you may be able to program these using a wireless hearing programming device, or you may need to use a (Hi Pro or mini Pro) along with standard CS44 programming cables plus flexstrips.
