How much does it cost to get hearing aids re-shelled?

I’m wondering how much it would cost to get new custom full shells for a pair of used hearing aids, like this pair of Oticon Alta Pro’s. These don’t say what power the HAs are 75, 85, or 90. So that’s one problem.

Not that I want to do this. I wear RITEs. I’m just curious.

Also could the re-shell be done with a home kit and a Lab?

I think lloyd’s has it as an add-on repair for $40.

Do you mean $40 (per hearing aid) in addition to their (Digital instrument repair with 6-month warranty $150)?

So that would work out to be 2x150 = $300 + 2x40 = $80 = $380. Wow that’s expensive!!

Well, you could ask them what the charge would be to just reshell.

Yeah, I guess I could. I was looking for someone who has experience with re-shelling in the past.

I had a pair re-shelled at Lloyds a little over a year ago. It was $80 per aid plus the $300.
Total of $460 plus frt.
