How do I remove the speaker on my Phonak M70-RT?

Hi!

I’m looking for info on how to remove the speaker from my Phonak Audeo M70-RT hearing aids. I have three pictures so you can see what it looks like.

I need to remove the whole tube that goes into the receiver body because on my left aid the tubing broke and I have a replacement speaker complete with the tubing and ear mold speaker. I plan on using the backup while I get the broken one fixed.
