I installed the ReSound app on my Android Flip 3 phone and need help in understand how to lock the icon on my home page so that I/ don’t have to go to the Samsung store to open the app when I use It?

On my samsung android, if I swipe up or down on the home screen, I get the screens of all apps.
Then find the Resound app, touch and hold till a menu appears and select ‘add to home’ .
On my wife’s phone she has an icon for the apps which is 9 dots on it.

That’'s what I thought being that I had to unistall and then reinstall ReSound due to compaitabilty issues with Android but I don’t see the ReSound anywhere, i.e. scrolling up, down, left or right.
I think that I’ll go to the AT@T store since it appears that hen I call Voicemail, the sound is muted.
