I just bought a pair of Phonak Infinio Sphere 90 HAs - which are brilliant! - but I’d like to get / keep my hearting diagnosis to compare if I go to another audio at a later stage - has anyone got this from Specsavers in UK? Also, there are some settings that the user guide says are set up by the supplying audio but I was not told what these are - how do I get that from Specsavers - or do I have to make an appointment to go in and see them again?

I have never been refused a copy of my audiogram, but for some reason Specsavers are not very happy to oblige. Make a further appointment, ask them to explain the settings and at the same time ask for a copy of your audiogram. It’s yours, you paid for it.

Also one can get a copy of the NHS Audiogram. One has to make a point of asking. Recently had new aids fitted at Scrivens, Asked for, and received a print out there & then. Previously a request had to be sent to Head Office, although what came back was a full history. It can also depend on the person being asked.
