How can I tell which Re Sound aids I have?
Don’t know if this would answer your question, but my Resound HAs have a serial number inside the battery compartment. Open up the battery door and look with a magnifying glass to read the serial numbers. You may be able to contact Resound and get the model that way. Mine are the Cala8 I purchased from Costco in June 2017.
Good luck
Mine actually say Vivid on the battery door.
Mine are Enzo2. If you go back to the audiologist who supp, ied them, or contact them via phone they should be able to tell you. Failing that contact Resound with all the serial numbers.
Get a magnifying glass - you will need it. On BTE and Ric units look near the battery door, in the battery compartment, or on that back side if it is a rechargeable. The lettering is SOOOO small!!!
@hold4triple my Enzo2 I love it. I’m not in a trial period any more and I purchased this aid 8 months ago now. The only program I have extra is t-coil. Because this aid when paired with my iPhone and CI, direct streams to BIL ears I don’t need any other programs.
Thanks for feedback and good to hear your Enzo2 is working out well. Not sure why my previous post was flagged since the idea behind hearing tracker is to gather information on hearing aids and as we all know the Resound Enzo 2 is new to the market. In any case its good to hear you now have a working HA to support your CI.
@hold4triple the only thing I dislike about the Enzo2 is I need a phone clip and a 3 way pair (which I can’t do) to be able to stream. Our government doesn’t offer any of the direct streaming 3D devices to CI recipients sadly.
