[Hipro USB] - Latest Drivers ON Semi DSP

Hi all,

I have found this forum and decided to join in lack of support.

I have purchased a dev kit from on semi for one of their dsp chips. In order to get it to work it needs a hipro interface which I have been able to source from a friend in audiology.

I need the latest drivers - as per On Semi - version 4.02. I have been able to find an older version online but it does not appear to function correctly with the software.

I have also contacted otometrics and they said that they do not have drivers for such an old device. The one that I got says HIPRO USB on it and connects to the PC over USB.

Well that ones not so old, it’s USB at least, did you try here for the drivers

Hi,

Well thank you very much sir. I have been able to install this and the connection to the dev kit then became possible.

It is still an older driver and not the suggested one but I have yet to discover where the functionality is limited.

The original is installed when you plug the HiPro in, what makes you think you need I, what’s happening?
