Hello. I’m from Bulgaria and sorry for my bad English but I need help. Recently I have new devices (widex evoke 220) and I have a small problem with them.I try to explain to my audiologist but they don’t understand me.They put the program from the old hearing aid into the new one, but I don’t like it. There is a constant background noise that I don’t know how to explain to isolate it.And it makes my hearing worse and I don’t understand human speech very well because it focuses on other noises. It sounds like a broken program on the TV. I clarify that when I do settings through the Evoke app it gets even worse and the noise gets louder and there is no focus on the human voice In a quiet environment you don’t feel this background noise, but in motion and outside it’s a lot and it drives me crazy. And when I talk to someone, my speech is not clear and it’s kind of muffled.I hope you understood me. I don’t have this problem with my old device and I can hear perfectly.
It’s important for me to communicate and right now I’m a little depressed about the fact that I can’t hear well and my work is getting worse.
Thank you for your opinions.

Send them for repair?
No, the company claims that there is no problem with the device. They think that the problem is with me, not with the devices. I’ll go again tomorrow to see what they say. I’m told it’s normal to hear a noise like frying bacon??? It’s not normal for me.
