Help With Pairing My Cochlear Accessories

Hi all, I replaced my N7 device today now I need to repair my mini mic 2 and the TV streamer. I had both of these items in my profile (on the phone app) previously with the other processor. Now i cannot seem to pair them and keep them both in my profile at the same time. I successfully paired the TV streamer, but then when i went to pair the mini mic it paired fine, but it replaced the TV streamer on the app. So i tried to pair the TV streamer again and it replaced the mini mic.

Has anybody seen this?

I think this is how you do it.
You have to assign a position for each device by pushing the pair button once or twice.

Pair one device with one button push.
Then pair the second device with two button pushes.

I believe this can be done with up to four devices.

How do I pair multiple processors and hearing aids, so I don’t have to repeat each time?

It’s helpful to tell us which processors you use.
Are you bimodal or bilateral?
With Cochlear you can only pair one processor bimodal and two bilateral. If you have two sets of processors as in backups you will need to unpair/forget the processor to change to a different processor.
