I was fitted with a pair of Oticon Spirit Synergy aids a couple years ago. I now live in the USA and would now Iike to re-program them myself. I want to activate binaural coordination which was not done during initial fitting. I now have to change volume or select the desired program on each aid individually. I would also like to substitute another fitting environment for the programmed telecoil program because I never use that.
I’ve downloaded and installed Genie 2017.1 and I have a Fittinglink WP2 programmer but cannot connect to the Spirit Synergy HA without an installation code for these instruments. Can anyone PM me the code needed by Genie to connect to these HA’s? Your help would be appreciated.
