Has anyone using the Hearlink app for Philips hearing aids had issues with the battery life feature? Yesterday afternoon it showed my left aid at 1% and the right at 62%. I wear and charge them the same amount of time. This morning when I took them off the charger, the left showed 1%, the right 100%. The aid is working so I’m thinking it’s a glitch the app???
I’d unpair the Bluetooth on the aids and app, and pair again. My Phonak does this to me sometimes and I think it does just glitch and needs a fresh handshake with the device. A couple of times I needed to completely delete it and reinstall. Sadly, Bluetooth is brilliant until it’s not.
