Hi again, sorry thought I’d already explained it, but it’s nothing to worry about, it’s probably hidden in a different place, remember in Connexx ALL adjustments are made on the fly, so really no need to worry
In my last session (on another computer), I set hearing profile number 3 because that’s the one I hear best with. So I should stick with that profile. Check this:
Ok I see what your doing, yeah I’ve seen that before but never used it, other brand software has this as well, so can’t that be found under the “fitting formula” in first fit I wonder now?
Since you don’t use this feature, maybe you can run FIRST FIT to see when it appears?
I can’t do that because my hearing profile will disappear, and I don’t know if it can be restored later.
But you can do all of this yourself, you make up your new client and experiment, you won’t be “losing” your “profile” it’s stored in the HAs and data base in your original client, yes if you do a new first fit you’ll lose it, but you have your “profile” stored in the data base in your other client so you’ll never “lose” it, you can always return to that client with your original settings, no worries there.
But in the original settings, if I run it possibly my settings will be lost, because I don’t know if hearing profiles are working.
That’s the only reason I’m asking before experimenting.
By the way, the other day I experimented with the hearing aids disconnected, but I didn’t find a hearing profile. So, I just need to experiment with the HAs connected.
But you know they are in the settings right now in your HAs right, so make a new client and copy them, then make another one, but I’ll do this myself over the weekend, because yeah I want to know as well where it’s gone, I’m sure it’s there somewhere still.
