Good morning.
I am willing to soak my RIC receivers into diluted IPA and clean.
I would like to put the receivers into ultrasonic bath and clean.
Do anyone of you have experience? Would you comment on these two cleaning techniques?

I could be wrong but my understanding is that the hearing aid body’s are IP 68, dust and water resistant. But the receivers are not and liquids can cause issues.

No I wouldn’t recommend this either, just give them a wipe down, change wax filters and domes and you’ll be good to go.
