Back with another domes question. I was fairly sure I had found the correct size open dome. One of the smallest in the sample pack grom Elehear. Then I did the finger in the ear test (with aids in). Wow the sound got much better… deeper and clearer. So I went to a middle size open dome. But without adjusting any settings I now hear everything louder, including my chewing. Before I start messing with the volume. Which is probably the correct size? Was the smallest too small and letting sound escape… the reason it failed the finger in the ear test? These are OTC aids so I am pretty much trial and error. Should I go small? Go with the louder medium size and readjust volume?
