Hearing aid boosters - Roger, Resound

I have a pair of Phonak Audeo P90R and generally they improve things. I have very poor hearing on left (post Meniere’s many years ago - sorry, pun unavoidable!) and moderate presbycusis on right.
I have been considering Roger On but it may be very expensive and not worth it for my needs. I am fortunate in that I can afford them, admittedly with an “ouch”, and I would be SKI ing but it was their suggestion so they don’t mind.
I am retired (84) but still active enough to occasionally attend church B&W meetings, Also social events are a bit trying.
Would Roger help and which one? Also an alternative pointed out to me by my daughter Resound.
Any comments or pointers would be welcome.
