Headset. Distorted sound during phone calls and meetings

I have cookie bite hearing loss and wear Resound Nexia aids on both ears. At work I have a Jabra Voyager focus headset which I use for calls, teams meetings etc.

I have no problems listening to music, podcasts etc. - I just pop the headset on top of my hearing aids and everything works just fine, but I get really bad sound distortion during meetings and calls. I have to turn my aids off in order to get rid of the distortion during calls.

I have not paired my aids to my computer, but they seem to be interfering somehow. Any tips on where to look is much appreciated.

Take to the audiologist they can increase the sound so you can hear your devices streaming better. But it hs to be done with their software.

You might want to see if your employer will allow you to try a FlooGoo FMA 120.

Your hearing aids are LE Audio compatible.

Also there have been some issues with the Nexia. There is a thread dealing what the issue is and the fix.
