I am American living near Lisbon, Portugal. I have been wearing HAs since 2005 from USA. Currently wearing Oticon Opn 1 and want to switch to the new Phonak Sphere Infiniti. I have not found any competent audiologists in my small city outside of Lisbon, and it looks like I cannot even buy new Phonaks here, only older models in Lisbon.
I think I will have to fly to Madrid, but even then I don’t know the quality. There is an online direct company in Germany, I think it’s called Mysecondear, and I can buy direct from them with 5 remote visits. They appear to have good reviews.
If anyone can make a recommendation I would be grateful.

Looks like 213 reviews, but the one in English that was 5 stars looked fake to me. All the rest are in German….

Unfortunately Phonak does show providers, but I think they are more sales people than good audiologists.
I did say that it might lead to a good source. Nothing ventured nothing gained!!!
